This song by Boards of Canada, has been covered ‘live’ by the band Circles. It truly ‘floats my boat’ and I have added it to my exercise playlist, it helps me zone out, it transforms me. I use bone-ear conduction headphones, they help me walk, they are a pain distraction. I also use ‘Beats’ with their much better sound quality with variable enhanced bass.

From a personal perspective, the purpose was to ‘stretch’ my brain, to keep it active and thinking, and in the process, enhance the neuron divergence interaction. Surprisingly, they are not hard-wired, so neuron-to-neuron interaction should be ‘encouraged.’ The alternative is dementia, with the three strokes it is a huge risk. For five years now, over 8-10 hours a day I write. It is a battle I cannot lose, I will persevere : I cannot lose my brain again! My brain tissue, softening, disintegrating, leading to cavities in my brain. My brain is the very essence of me. It is very precious.

I'm extremely grateful to BH for his assistance and for encouraging me to take on these new web challenges in spite of my brain injuries. He is ‘sound as a pound!

Six years later, I'm engaging and actively involved in design editing and curating content. I could not source images, so I’ve created my own with artwork mentoring and help from Kim Fewall at Painting4Fun, Newcastle Upon Tyne. I can’t draw freely; as a Design Engineer, I had to draw straight lines! Abstract and contemporary art are my thing. If I go to a gallery, then this is the one I am ‘drawn to.’ I do dabble with digital art on my IPad, but dealing with ‘endless’ instructions is beyond me since my brain injury.

In today’s era of Artificial Intelligence, I must stress that a human review and checking is essential. I take full responsibility for any errors and express my gratitude to BH for his steadfast support in creating the base framework of this site and checking my work. Thank you. GAPV - good attitude, positive vibes. Knaturalli Knutti is my nod to three acquired brain injuries! I do hope that everyone leaves this page with a smile on their face.
